Who we are

Atsumi Labs LLC is an independent software studio that builds and operates a small collection of consumer products, including Skyfield, AliasNest, and Tadka Play. Individual products may publish their own additional terms; where they do, those product-level terms apply alongside these.

Acceptable use

• Be decent. Don’t use our site or products to do anything illegal, harmful, harassing, or infringing, and don’t submit such content where a product accepts input.
• Don’t break things. Don’t attempt to disrupt, overload, hack, scrape abusively, or reverse-engineer our services.
• You’re responsible for your use of our products and for anything done through your account or device.

The service is provided “as is”

Our products are provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind. We don’t guarantee that any product will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that data or state will always be preserved. Some products are early-stage and may change significantly.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Atsumi Labs LLC, its members, and contributors are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of our site or products. Where a product is provided free of charge, our total liability is limited accordingly.

The Atsumi Labs name, logo, product names, and the content of this site are the property of Atsumi Labs LLC unless otherwise noted. You may not use them in a way that implies endorsement or affiliation without permission.

Changes & availability

We may change, suspend, or discontinue any part of our site or any product at any time. We may also update these Terms at any time; when we do, we’ll change the “Last updated” date above. Your continued use after changes are posted means you accept the updated Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Illinois, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules.
