Atsumi Labs LLC (atsumilabs.com) builds a small collection of consumer apps. We keep privacy simple: we collect as little as possible, we don’t sell your data, and we tell you plainly what each product does. This page covers this website and the principles common to our products.

Who we are

Atsumi Labs LLC is an independent software studio. We design, build, and operate the products listed on this site — including Skyfield, AliasNest, and Tadka Play. Each product may also publish its own, more specific privacy notice; where one exists, that product-level notice governs that product.

This website

What we collect. This marketing site is intentionally minimal. We do not require an account, and we do not run advertising trackers here.

Analytics. We use Google Analytics (GA4) to understand how the site is used — for example which pages are visited and how many people view them. Google Analytics uses cookies/identifiers and collects standard information such as your approximate location (derived from your IP address, which Google does not share with us in full), device and browser type, and pages visited. We use this only in aggregate to improve the site; we do not use it to identify you personally. See Google’s Privacy Policy for how Google handles this data. You can block cookies in your browser or install the Google Analytics Opt-out Browser Add-on.

If you email us. When you contact contact@atsumilabs.com, we receive your email address and whatever you choose to write, and we keep that correspondence so we can reply and follow up. We don’t use it for marketing lists.

Our products

Our apps are built to collect the minimum needed to work:

• Skyfield uses your location (with permission) to fetch a local forecast and radar. Location is used to make the request and is not sold or used to profile you.
• AliasNest relays email through masked aliases. It necessarily handles the messages sent to your aliases in order to forward them; it exists specifically to keep your real address private.
• Tadka Play has no accounts. The display name and avatar you pick are held only in memory for the length of a game and discarded when it ends.

What we do not do

• We do not sell your personal information.
• We do not build advertising profiles of you.
• We do not collect more than a product needs to function.

Data requests

If you’d like to ask what we hold about you, or request deletion, email contact@atsumilabs.com and we’ll do our best to help, consistent with the way each product works.

Children

Our products are general-audience and are not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we’ll change the “Last updated” date above. Your continued use of our site and products after changes are posted means you accept the updated policy.
